Job Description: The position involves undertaking market research activities (primarily quantitative) in the area of Socio-economic, Corporate/Industrial and Evaluation studies and preparing proposals for competitive bids (Tendering process)

Responsibilities:

  • Understand project requirements to be able to execute market research projects
  • Plan field work & assist project Manager for all primary research activities
  • Carrying out primary research activities- individually & through agencies, teams etc.
  • Put together the detailed findings – information report on projects
  • Quality Check & Control
  • Data management & coordination with teams
  • Conduct Qualitative discussions, recruit participants for discussions
  • Use research knowledge, understand research requirements & draft new proposals
  • Manage documentation for participating in Tender/Competitive Bids

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of field research experience into Customized Research/Consumer Primary Market Research.
  • Adept in Competitive bidding & tendering process (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of Economics & Statistics
  • Prior experience in managing large scale research work- Social & Industrial research
  • Able to commence work in the field in all conditions, across India
  • Ability to manage research team
  • Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Good command over written, spoken English
  • Superior understanding of CAPI/CATI & technology enabled data collection process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work within tight operational deadlines
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Ready to travel at short notice
